Idea Streamline Necro Buffs

    When I get a buff it's both annoying and inconvenient to find the right mob to apply it to (i.e. you wouldn't buff mobs furthest from nearby enemies, etc.). This is particularly problematic if there are another Necro's mobs around and I have to run around looking for my mobs so I can apply a buff. None of this should be a thing. If I'm in combat I don't want to have to worry about manually buffing my mobs while I'm trying to pvp and not die. Therefore I propose the following changes:
    • If Necro doesn't use a buff on its mob(s) within 5 seconds of receiving it, the buff is automatically transferred to the nearest mob.
    • If no mobs are alive, the first mob spawned is spawned with that buff.

    I don't see a problem with this (other than the usual lack of dev time excuse). I've never seen a necro strategically buff specific mobs, so this change won't prevent any strategies from being done. +1, should be done once we have dev time and nothing more important to worry about. :v

    +1 I hate having to find the right mob to buff or even my own mob if there's more than one Necro playing.

    This is a nice idea since it can be annoying to find the right mob to buff. Personally I don't think it would be a problem if necro could still heal the mobs, as they're so frail even with resistance.

    How would you save xp up though. Sometimes I just blindly place my mobs around a defense just to get some good xp so I can summon a mob with full buffs to help me fight. I'd essentially be throwing away both my mobs and xp in that scenario.

    Also cosmetic change

    That still doesn't answer my question about building up xp for a specific mob.

    You can do that by farming xp while no mobs are alive.

    But dont the mobs themselves needs to deal damage to get xp?

    Not much. Dealing damage in melee is much more efficient.
