Basically the difference between what we speak of, and what you spoke of, is that screen sharing will allow us to see files that would give proof of them hacking, while spectating their character in game would only show they actions occurring at that time. Being able to spectate inside a player does not usually give the evidence needed that a screen share could give. A screen share is much more thorough and works much better (and faster).

That will never work lmao. Even if you trust Brawl would you trust them to keep all of your data safe, including data breaches? It might be convenient for moderators but the number of security holes it would bring up is so ludicrous that I'm surprised it's even being considered.

Yeah, there would have to be a select few staff members allowed to do it or something staffers would have to do prior to being allowed to ss.

Spectator mode is incredibly inaccurate for minute movements due to the fact that it won't replicate a players exact framerate, fov and sens.

Yes clicking "share screens" on discord is a major security hole. I forgot how many times I've been hacked into and had all my data leaked from hitting that button.
    Better go sue them.

Please explain how being able to screenshare is important on a server that doesn't screenshare

if a moderator doesn't know anything about screen sharing and safe ways to do it I don't trust them to know anything about minecraft hacked clients in general. it's a very simple thing to know and if you don't know how to do it by now that's really sad

because if they've moderated other servers like many of them have claimed on their applications, there is no excuse for not knowing how to do it. it's a very simple thing and it's honestly pathetic that there are apparently staff that don't know how to do it

    1) Please provide evidence that most of these mods have moderated on other servers.
    2) Please provide evidence that the servers these mods moderated actually screenshared.
    3) How is it pathetic not knowing how to screenshare, that's like saying it's pathetic if a McDonald's chef/cook doesn't know how to make a pasta dish.

The evidence is in their applications under the question "Have you moderated other servers in the past?". Maybe go check it out for yourself
once more if you care so much go look up the servers listed in every single moderator's application and check for yourself
If a chef/cook doesn't know how to make a pasta dish then yes that is pathetic smh, and I can actually have an opinion on that seeing as how I've actually taken a culinary class, which I am assuming you haven't

Screensharing is a simple task. If moderators don't know how to perform a simple task and has never heard of join.me or any desk, then I do not trust them to know the difference between jigsaw and Exeter. I doubt you know what these are as well.

also, I only had to check one moderator (@Carsonn)'s application for it to tell me that he learned to screen share on m4play. so

then enlighten me on what it does

Quotes for life fam! Why are you even making a post about false bans when you openly confess to hacking anyway. It's quite the backwards way of thinking.
