How to capture the flag with every class:

    Archer

In order to cap with archer you need to play very conservative, when you get near the flag room, if there is a dwarf, or anyone with relatively decent armor, shoot them and knock them away from the flag. A good idea is to launch the arrow right before sprinting towards the flag. As soon as you get the flag, turn around and bow spam some people trying to chase you if nessesary. If anyone gets too close, turn around and block hit them, then continue running. Archer is a good class that is hard to recover from, hence its really annoying Punch 2 bow. Use the bow, punch 2 is better than you think. When running through midfield with the flag, beware of other archers, if you see a ninja, focus on aiming at them and block hit. Stay far away from Pyros, and block with your sword when assassins get close.

    Medic
If you wanna cap with medic it's not really that hard, it's immune to fire, gets 6 steak, and it has natural regeneration. It's armor isn't the best, so try to avoid fighting people. You can run strait through and grab the flag and run, or you can hold shift when you get close, and as soon as you get the flag, run. It doesn't work that well but it's useful for medic since it has relatively low armor. When you run away with the flag, block up exits with webs, and only use your steak when nessesary. If you exit the flag room on a sponge, throw a snowball (web) on the sponge as soon as you launch from it, it is the best way to escape without being followed. If you can find another medic when running back to your base, healing each other works great, be sure too hit them twice to recover their items, such as steak.

    Heavy
Simple, Rush in and grab the flag, avoid Pyros and assassins, and only use steak when you've lost at least 4 hearts. Having a chemist buff you is super helpful, if a pyro is defending, try to back stab them and crit them out in the back, or simply avoid them altogether. Block for a solid two seconds if an assassin is near you, then block hit them just in case. Also just block hit ninjas, they have puny armor and a great weapon so try to avoid taking hits from them.

    Soldier
Same strategy as heavy, but you'd need to play safer, as soon as you can grab the flag, look for an exit, either through the roof or just out a hallway, and sprint there, as soon as you can get outside, wall climb away, take semi-complicated routes back to your flag to avoid archers and ninjas/assassins/pyros.

    Engineer
No one expects the engi cap. Place an exit teleported near your flag, and run to theirs, when you get close, place your turret and entry teleporter, run in, get the flag, and rely on your steak, get out of there and hop on your teleporter, I recommend concealing it where people can't exactly find you. As soon as you teleport back, it's in the bag.

    Necro
With necro, the strategy is simmilar to engi, but it's harder to pull off. Place your spawned outside the flagroom. Act like a heavy, charge in with your pickaxe hitting anyone who gets close to you, grab the flag and gtfo of there. Run past the spawned you placed earlier, it will act as a threshold and the zombies will kill off ninjas and assassins. Necromancer gets as much steak as medic, so use it to your advantage while you escape, avoid being instakilled. Underground paths work the best.

    Mage
This takes skill, if you can play the piano you are a natural at this. Splash your healing spell as soon as you enter the flagroom, the regeneration is strong and will help you for, taking much damage, use the Lightning spell to knock away dwarves and practically everyone. Grab the flag and turn around, if anyone chase you, freeze spell them as a way to block the entrance of a hallway leaving the flagroom. Take underground paths if possible, if you are about to run through a mosh pit or are near any other players, be prepared to use your healing spell.

    Elf
Get to the flagroom, if there is a dwarf, bow spam him with the pure element, be sure to pull the bow all the way back. Pull back the water element bow all the way back and shoot in at your feet (it gives you resistance 1) Try to find a way to jump onto the flag, from above or something, hold shift and block with your sword, this will deflect all arrows, especially pyro arrows, chemist potions, and ninja eggs. All projectiles will deflect. As soon a s you get the flag, use the wind element to make a swift getaway. While running away, if you see an ended pearl coming to you. Hold shift spend block with your sword, the ninja will teleport to the opposite direction. If a pyro gets to you, use the water element to extinguish the fire. And use the earth element to slow down people chasing you, this works great on soldiers and chemists.

    Dwarf
Shift in your spawn until you reach level 3, and continue making your way to their flag, engineer teleporters a work great, and always have a medic by your side. The sword literally bats everyone away and scares them off if not killing them first. Avoid headshots by blocking with your sword if you see or hear an arrow whooshing by you. You will block the headshot for a large amount of your xp. If you die, your medic teammate can take the flag and carry it back to your spawn so you can get the cap (if they're polite)

    Chemist
Splash your fire resistance potion and strength and speed potions on yourself, run to their flag and throw one poison potion and one instant damage potion, in that order, after tossing the instant damage, run and grab the flag, anyone close to the flag will have been knocked back and won't be able to chase you because you have speed and they are taking poison damage which slows them down. Beware of assassins and archers, archers deal a ton of damage to you if they hit you with an arrow, Over half health if fully pulled back.

    Pyro
When you reach their flag, shoot a couple arrows in the flagroom and set a few people on fire, run in there and kill most of the,, use your frenzy mode, it works amazing with this, after killing near everyone, grab the flag and go, of anyone tries to chase you just set them on fire. Use frenzy mode if you are scared or worried while being chased by a mob of people.

I love how the info about medic and mage are basically the same, but you call one hard and the other easy.

What about ninja and assassin? Oh well, here's my input.

    Ninja:
The best way to get out of an enemy flagroom with their flag is using premature pearling (when you throw an ended pearl before you steal the flag). There are two types of premature pearling: when you stand next to the flag and then throw a pearl, and when you throw a pearl and then steal the flag (commonly referred to as ghost capping). Both of these ways require great skill/luck in timing, so a tip for the first method is going invisible, walking torwards the flag, blocking and shifting and waiting for about 0.7 seconds, and then throwing your pearl at about an 80 degree angle toward an exit of the flag room. If someone does see you when you go invisible, then abort the mission. They'll probably figure out what you're trying to do and stand next to the flag hitting it. However, If you do this right, nobody will touch you, and you'll have a head start by a few blocks. The second version of premature capping is ghost capping. To do this, you want to go out of the flag room, and then throw a pearl at a high angle (it varies on how far you have to run to reach the flag). Then, run as fast as you can to the flag while being invisible and then become visible so you can steal the flag. While sitting there, you can either stand there and pretend to be a teammate, or become a ninja tank and block with your sword while crouching (crouching makes you take less knockback while regening your health and blocking halves melee damage). If you do all of this correctly, you should make it far out of the flag room. If you use one of these methods and manage to make it out of the flag room, you want to either run to spawn if you think you'll die soon, or run to the flag room if you the map is small and you have enough health. Only ender pearl when you're being chased by a fast class (like another ninja or assassin) or when there are obstacles like gorges or tall structures in the way. If you choose to go to spawn to die, then either give the flag to some tankier class, or throw the flag on the ground and change classes and pick it up. However, if there are enemy players around or you feel like there is a troll invisible ninja around, then don't drop it yet. Try to ender pearl away from danger. Only then should you drop the flag. Also, there's a weird glitch with the sponge and ended pearls, where if you go on a sponge that launches you really high (like the one that takes you up on top of spawn in Skyworld) and then throw a pearl and land on the sponge again, you can teleport to where your pearl lands and then start rising from the ground (same effect as the sponge). This exploit can make you untouchable, as you rise from the ground after you land the pearl.

    Assassin:
This class is one of the badder classes for capping, but you should try to rush in activating your sugar and redstone and killing practically everybody. After that, you want to steal the flag and rush back as fast as you can. If you see an enemy, avoid them. However, if you know they're noobs, assassinate them to gain health so you don't die from flag poison. Then, go and cap.

Oh yeah please don't tl;dr me.

Medic has better armor and a more reliable source of health than Mage (steak, regen leaves your vulnerable until it's off cd)and also has a reliable damage (you don't need to aim your sword) and more reliable crowd control (webspam) and while the easiest part of Mage capping is stealing since youre able to freeze and lighting people away from the post medic matches that advantage being resistant to pyro. Medic also has natural regeneration and the ability to block assassins.
