Idea Ninjaeggs nerf

Problem:
At the moment ig most of the time spam their flash bombs, u get damage and the effects of the eggs start every time from the beginning when a ninja makes good hits.
Solutions:
U see as chemist you just can throw just some pots after his xp bar is emty. than he has to wait until its full again to throw new pots.
The idea is that the ninja has the same thing.
He throws 2 eggs, after that the xp bar is emty so he has to wait until the xp bar is full again.
That provokes that the ninja has to use his eggs in the right moment and tactical (many ninjamainers say that ninja is a class where you need tactic. I think now you need more tactic with this rework.).

With the effects would be the best solution if that the effects of the egg dont stack (time adds every time when a ninja makes a good hit with his eggs). @NomNuggetNom is that possible ?

i just said a number but i think between 2 and 3 is good
everyone says that for ninja you need tactic so now you need tactic and dont be a noob spaming eggs -_-

dwarf doesnt need nerf
pyro just take the helmet away than its fine

he needs sharpness to kill more than one player or buffed chemist
if medics team than it is easier to kill one of them with lvl 10 dwarf
and remember slowness 2

i talked with some players and if you take the helmet away a pyro can be 2 hitted
that makes him easier to kill because if a pyro has good reactions he kills everything (except pyros, medics and dwarfs over lvl 5)

atm it is more difficult to reach lvl 20 than get hsted by an archer
when i see the dwarf from last year and from this year i noticed that the xp bar charges very slow
every class can kill dwarfs, u just need to attack in the right moment (slowness 2)

thats the problem

i get more kills as archer
the problem at brawl is that a dwarf needs to survive like 6 ppl at the same time
most of the time 1 heavy 2 medics 1 mage 1 ninja and about 2 assassins
sometimes there r spamming archers, elfs and mages which is also nooby -_-
(and u guys say that dwarf is nooby and than u play nooby with much spam and an 8 vs 1. ok pls think again who is the noob or who r the noobs)

if you take the helmet away you r able to 2 shot a pyro
and he has still the ability to 1 shot you
so it is more fair
you can kill him easier while he can still oneshot u
