    Class Name: Vampire
    Free/Premium: Premium
    Purpose of role: Offense/Capping
    Description: Gain power from your foes and blood.

    Armor:
    Leather Helmet (dyed black)
    Leather Breastplate (dyed black)

    Items:
    Iron Sword (enchanted with Sharpness II) - too weak? too strong?
    4 Steak
    Blood (Displayed as a red dye, not when you start)

    Ability:
    When you attack an opponent, you gain 1.5 hearts for every successful hit you gain on them. Every two players you kill, you get one blood (red dye). Right click with this, and you will gain Speed II and Strength II for five seconds. When you're in a berserk mode, you don't get the regeneration when you attack your opponent, and you get 1 heart for every two hits you get on another player on the opposing team. Your armor also gets Protection 1 while in this mode.

    Cons:
    Medic cannot heal them.

    So... the Medic can't heal the Vampire's hearts, but can still restore the steak? Isn't restoring steak basically restoring the hearts?

    I doubt any average player could actually acquire a 5 killstreak with it to be able to get the red dye.
    W/ the red dye, you can kill like, one player max.
    Underpowered, and classes should be tweaked before new ones should be added.

    I always thought the concept of a lifesteal based class was nice, however, this looks like it might cause issues in that it's power is not flat throughout the game. This works in the case of pyro, but in others, such as dwarf, this causes it to be unfun to fight most of the time.

    At 2 kills per, I don't know, it seems okay I guess but what's the real purpose in it?

    The real purpose of what? The blood? Vampires suck blood... so it should get some buffs from it. Speed may not be a good idea but it should get Strength.

    Explain what you mean by "it's power is not flat throughout the game"

    I mean that it has power spikes. Heavy has no power spikes. It's power stays the same throughout the game. Pyro has power spikes. Pyro becomes more powerful when it has frenzy, but less powerful without. This class would have a power spike since after killing 2 enemies it would become stronger. While this is not bad, this has shown on some classes to be considered broken. While the buffs it gets for killing 2 enemies aren't ridiculously overpowered, it does require a lot of work for the outcome. Maybe have it work on a frenzy-type system, so that it's not killstreak based but instead based on damage done, so that way it can use while fighting, so the class is better overall.

    Purpose of the class. Recov? Capping? Crowd control? Being an asshole?

    Killing/Crowd control. Could be good for recov since people guard the flag carrier usually

    With the class' low armor, it would be extremely difficult for it to be able to win PvP engagements with most classes, making it extremely difficult to take advantage of its health restore ability.

    I'd suggest adding some sort of lifestealing aspect to the class in order to slightly increase its survivability potential. Something along the lines of restoring 1 point of health or a half heart per successful hit on the enemy should suffice.

    Additionally, as Salty_Ivan said, this class doesn't really have a defined role that it fills in CTF. For a class to be added in CTF, there needs to be a set niche that it fills that is currently open in CTF. For example, there is need for both a class that fills the role of offensive support and an additional class that fulfills the role of recovery in CTF. Killing/Crowd control is not a well enough defined role for this class to take.

    As at @THECOMMANDER5643 said, this class is way too weak to reliably get enough kills to become fun/useful (by getting its strength & speed buff) because it has low armor, mediocre damage, and no steaks. The lack of steaks + the lifesteal mechanic wouldn't be so bad if vampire had either had high burst, better sustain, or more armor to take out classes that deal more damage/can take more damage than it can (which is most any class). Since that's not the case what you have is a PvP oriented class that doesn't have any of the tools to make it successful in PvP; so its going to have a hard time being successful overall.

    For example, Ninjas, Heavies, Medics, and Soldiers (as well as most of the remaining classes) would destroy vampire 1 v 1 because all of them either have 1) higher dps (Ninja, Heavy), 2) much higher armor (Heavy, Soldier, Medic, etc.), 3) larger health-pools (Heavy, Soldier, Medic etc.), or 4) more mobility (Ninja, Soldier). If vampire gets his buff then that math changes but it has to get 2 kills before it has a chance against most classes. That doesn't seem very fun to me. And if something doesn't seem fun on paper it's probably not going to be fun in-game.

    To improve this class I'd suggest either: adding some mechanics that allow it to deal significantly more damage (so it can use its life-steal for sustain in team-fights for one thing) either via dps/burst (Pyro frenzy mode) or buff the armor and tweak the life-steal (as others have suggested) so that you don't have to get kills to return health.

    Just my two cents.

    1.5 hearts per hit? That's like, more than half of the damage you'd take from the opponent's hit except from ninjas etc.

    At first glance, this sounds like a combination of ninja and ninja with the best of neither. Needs a fair bit of work
