    Let me honest here: when I saw this team I was concerned.

    I was concerned that perhaps the teenagers on this forum haven't had the proper guidance to make the right choices. I was concerned that they lack the kind of discipline to build lasting relationships. I was concerned that they don't have the kind of work ethic they'll need to succeed in life. Yes,

    I was concerned.

    That's OK. I too have been there. Back in my day I would boot up my trusty ol' Windows XP operating system and play a game of Minesweeper or two before taking my morning constitutional. Ah yes, I was a rebellious child.

    But then I matured. I found a job. I discovered new career opportunities. I made new friends. I grew hairs in places you wouldn't believe. And I finally discovered the answer to the question that's been nagging at me all this time:

    what the heck is wrong with this generation?
