build already has manager (dasky)

 

He can still hang around, not to be rude but he isn't active at all in-game yet Gala is so new could replace old. He could still be manager for the Event team n ****.

 

Last time I checked MrDasky only held events and competitions on Build. The last known Build manager was Rhoske who resigned and his position wasn't taken over though was balanced with two new Build moderators.

Not that we need a Build Manager. I think the two current moderators do well but we need one who is active in EU morning.

For reference I haven't been Build manager since February. Rhoske later took over the role.

 

If I had a choice in who I'd personally pick for each role considering it is what most people are doing here.

CTF - No one, I don't feel as if CTF needs an SMod.
Party - I have my reasons on why I wouldn't at this point in time but maybe the near future.
WarZ - @JayOG I feel like would be the best option.
HG - Currently with how low the priority is I don't feel like an SMod is needed and considering changes aren't really increasing the player base. If ever an increase of updates and players happened @SoCool21
Kit - Keep @Trogy he's an extremely good SMod listens to all feedback and opinions to make the server better, he also comes up with good points and ideas from what I remember when I was in the staff chat.
War - I really don't know who I'd go for with a good reason to be perfectly honest.
Raid - @Eil and if Eil resigns at any point @AnonymousGalaxy.
WildWest - @Chilled_67 I don't really play WildWest but I'd definitely say Chilled would deserve SMod if 18kss ever resigned.
Build - I feel very equal on each one of them, @Doges has been a long time dedicated Mod, @GalaThundR considering he is constantly on there works very hard and already is the Build Team manager which already shows a high trust level in my opinion. @Xelasi hard worker makes sure she knows the information before enforcing it and @MrDasky Considering he is SMod for a lot of reasons, I personally wouldn't include aGuyInASuite because I never see him on at all and am surprised he hasn't been demoted as he comes on every 2 months pretty much for 10 minutes and leaves or says one word in staff chat from what I remember as JMod.

That is my personal opinion on each position if I were to give out these positions to the staff.

Jay has just gotten mod and not even for WarZ mainly. I don't agree with that.

I personally wouldn't put myself as a candidate for WarZ smod, mainly because of my lack of knowledge that is still building up. Yes I may be active and stuff like that but I wouldn't want to mess up xD, generally my main choice would be Ritzy. Backed up by the would be Carsonn. Ritzy has a strong knowledge of the game and is liked in the community, and has been mod for longer than Carsonn. Besides him, Carsonn has the experience I don't. Don't want to sound like a dick or whatever, but In my own opinion ranks (not just SMOD) have been more given than earn't nowadays. I remember back in the day, when I was first going for a promotion to mod from jmod, I tryharded that rank so much. I was on so much, going to every /report and /support, sitting in open channels on ts, and spending hours preparing for the hack test, for promotion. Now, I just see ranks being thrown at people. For example, there used to only be around 3/4 Jmods promoted at once, and now there is a dozen. Not saying that you are bad moderators, I just feel that it should be given more time.

Regardless, I will get into the people who I think deserve the rank.

WarZ - @Ritzy
Party - Not enough knowledge/ time to become SMOD.
Build - @Doges
Raid - @AnonymousGalaxy
Wildwest - @18kss (Even though you dont play it, you did a great job before)
