    Hey everyone! It's been a while since there has been a committee Q&A, and we feel that now would be a good time to do one. This is part of an effort to be more open with the community and communicate as much as we can.

    When?: Sunday February 25th @ 3pm est

    The Q&A will focus on two particular things, but many topics will be covered. The two big topics at the moment are the elf rework/surrounding changes, and the team tournament. That being said, feel free to post any questions you have on this thread and we will try our best to get to all of the relevant ones on Sunday. Hope to see you there!

    What's being done to fix the poor communication gap between the committee and the community?

    Are there any plans to punish people for the high levels of toxicity (such as certain players constantly telling others to kill themselves during team matches), especially considering players like STQ were given much more extreme punishments for much less?

    Also, for @Miskey 's Q&A:
    Were there any other options to buff medic instead of sharpness 1? For example: Full protection 1, knockback 1 sword etc.

    Ever since 2018 started, the reffing of matches has been dominated by two or three mods. There are a few mods like winter, Adam, nohox, even b0s a little bit (no offense to you guys) who most of the time don’t do anything. This makes it so matches are reffed by only a couple mods, but more importantly with less mods people who hack can simply run amuck. What’s going to be done about that?

    1) Any ideas or plans for tournaments in the future?
    2) Standard question about hackers
    3) I've heard mixed goals and thoughts about the upcoming Elf update. What is the expected outcome with the update (Elf's power level compared to other classes, offense or defense, etc.)

    Sounds great! I look forward to hearing from the CTF Committee.
    As for questions, I have quite a few I would like to hear discussed:

    - What are your personal opinions on the current state of CTF?
    - Is there any discussion on adding more methods to earn credits?
    - Is there any discussion on way credits could be used?
    - Is there any discussion on gifting credits to other players?
    (For example, if someone already owns all the classes and has an accumulation of credits)

    Aside from the first question, I acknowledge they're generally in the format of a yes or no answer. Elaboration of each answer would be appreciated though.

    Can't wait to tune in tomorrow!
