Nah, there's still lots of brilliant staff members. The only gamemode I got involved in much was HG (other than some upcoming ones). Brawl didn't have me before, they don't need me now ;P
There's been roughly 50-150 more people online at any given time since putty took over. Brawl isn't doing brilliant but it definitely isn't dying.
brawl has a small amount of players comparing it to other servers. Sorry if my opinion offends you. ;/
