I've seen issues in the past where staff members undermine each other, and it never ends up well. As I've written in (at least one) of my posts on my staff application I am aware that I can't say or do whatever I want. As staff I would be a representative of a business (even if most staff positions are technically volunteer roles) and because that's the case there are rules that have to be followed and not trash talking players or other staff members is a no brainer.
I'm very active on Skype, I'm online every day but I can't say I've been active in teams (although I've been part of the Arrow Squad - not a team but close) off an on for the past year. There are 2 reasons for this: 1) I don't like team culture. I haven't since I was a little kid and there's a number of reasons for that. 2) I can't play CTF whenever I want
because I don't have access to my home computer (unless my parents let me use it) meaning I couldn't usually make match times even if I wanted to. 3) I'm not extraverted and meeting and getting to know lots of new people makes me intensely uncomfortable (hard as that may be to believe given some of my forum posts). There's a long backstory for that also.
As far as the staff team: I do have issues with some members of the staff but they're largely superficial and most likely due to my not knowing many of them very well. I think this can change as I haven't met too many people who I cannot work with or will not work with me.
If that were to (hypothetically) be the case, where I could not work with a certain staff member, and personal issues flared up etc. etc. and this could not be resolved between me and them I would take the situation up with Canoodle (staff manager) asap. I don't see this happening but that's what I would do if it did. I'm not interested in playing politics,
only getting something done and in a more transparent manner. Unfortunately I haven't talked to you on discord, or ever for that matter. I largely use Skype, since its more familiar to me and easier to use than Discord is, but I'd be happy to add you sometime.
To address in game activity: I haven't been very active over the past month. This is for several reasons: 1) I just got back into League of Legends (first time I've played it in 2+ years). 2) CTF really hasn't changed much aside from the Necro rework and the Ninja sword buff (so my knowledge is pretty current) and 3) I've got 3 college exams coming up next week so my game-time is going to be limited anyway.
