Meh, the only reason I could re-apply now if I wanted to is because things changed IRL so unexpectedly. I had a lot of time commitments so I just wouldn't have been able to be active, and I didn't want to turn into Compositions or Andrwe and post a message or two in staff chat once a month. Ultimately I didn't really have a choice :P
