Yeah that actually sounds kinda good. But then you can argue that if they arent mature for staff they aren't mature to handle the info / not leak

Like I would love to come back as staff but not play the game and just help eil manage raid and the community but we both know its impossible for that to happen - perhaps a system like this would help generate ideas more effectively
