You may work with plugins but every day I work with the plugins Brawl uses and I know the protocol regarding punishing players.

We do not issue out "IP bans", where any log-ins from a certain IP is banned. We manually ban individual accounts, as was the case with your account. JordanZ_PvP has now been unbanned.
