I'm a moderator (obviously) - almost 2,200 bans on record, none of which have been determined to be false. Since joining the staff team I've made about 4,000 bans, only 6 that have been determined to be false.
I manage reports, so I'll be checking them every day making sure they're being resolved properly. Same with appeals. I do appeals for other people if they've been up for over a week, and I do all the appeals for people who aren't on the staff team anymore, unless they're bans for alting, since I can't check them.
I respond to most staff applications and give people as much support as they need to get staff if they request it. I've mentored several people, some of them have now ended up in the staff team.
I read every single new suggestion on the forums, and I pass on any which I think has potential or if it's popular enough. I do everything I can (or, am allowed to do) to improve transparency for the community.
And finally, I oversee pretty much every ban on ghost client hackers. I make the final decision on whether or not someone gets banned for using a ghost client and spend a lot of time going over the video, often doing frame-by-frame analysis of them, and spend hours upon hours of watching people who are potentially using a ghost client.
