    I think that at the moment, Putty shouldn't really care about WarZ staff's forum and TS3 activity. I mean, it's good for mods to be active on those two, but we just really need Mods Mods and more Mods in-game. As long as they're active in-game and mature, I'd +1 anyone right now. We have enough WarZ mods who are active on forums, all the threads that need to be locked/reported in the WarZ section are being locked/reported efficiently, so no problems there.

    I honestly don't even know some of our moderators, which is insane to even say. Should I not be promoting people that I know play our servers and are active? I can assure you I'm not friends with all the staff or the people I accept.

I can't protect everyone when it's usually their fault that they release their IP address. We keep all IPs safe and secure and provide a Teamspeak server rather then having our community use Skype, which is very insecure.

    If you think I even care about the cash we bring in your mistaken. I don't own the McBrawl network, I'm an administrator that gets a static monthly paycheck that is near the amount a fast food worker gets.

    That's 70% of my time dedicated to McBrawl. 15% which is entertainment, most being imgur, and the rest being 1.5 hours of YouTube. By no means am I complaining about my job. I love it, if I didn't I wouldn't be here. I take so much time trying to improve how McBrawl functions and such.

    Regarding IP banning: We actually can't IP ban. This is due to us using HAProxy to forward all our bungee cord connections to our DDoS protected box. I've never wanted to state this, but there you go. We try to ban alts associated with the players, sometimes we can't confirm that the player is them.

    I don't know who is active in-game. I base that off of what the current staff team says. Ehvahn was denied mainly based on his Teamspeak participation and how young he is. Sadly around 90% of the 12 year olds mods we have promoted have been demoted. I would love to trust a young moderator, but I just can't bring myself to do it anymore.

    I feel like you contradict yourself here. You state that mods should be more active in-game then on the forums (which I agree with), but then you start to yell that a mod got accepted with 80 posts. We really don't deny moderators based on their amount of posts, just the overall content of them.

    I do realize that we need more moderators. The WarZ community is hazardous right now.
    I really don't know if you want moderators to be active on the forums or not. I want moderators to be more active in-game then on the forums.

    There is no such rule. In fact, if moderators have any issue they can contact me on my personal Skype.

    Thank you for clearing that up. I was never meaning to criticise your choices, just giving my opinion on WarZ's staff situation. Oh and did you really spend 13hr on the computer in a single day?

    I didn't say there was a rule, but there is almost an unwritten one. If you write about a controversial topic to try and improve the server, you're targeted as bashing the server. The staff never acknowledges flaws with the community.

    Also, I asked lots of staff members why I was denied and they said the administrators agreed I was immature.

    I've logged 243 hours so far this month. I uninstalled this program (RescueTime) on May 26.

    There may be an unwritten rule in the staff's eyes, but I would love for them to discuss current issues which we often do. We hold staff meetings on Teamspeak monthly to bi-monthly where a lot of discussion is brought about regarding improving the server. I'm not sure why you are expecting the staff to make public topics discussing the flaws of the server when we have our own private forum sections and such. I think staff has better options then posting threads like that in the public.

    Staff members have their own opininons I guess. I'm not sure who you spoke with, but that's really not a factor that played a part in the decision in your application denial. 8vo and myself choose who to promote and demote along with the smod's decisions.

    There is a difference between writing about controversial topics and ranting about problems without offering solutions. I'm not meaning you in particular, but I wouldn't want a mod who is always ranting but offers no solutions, just problems.

    This guy always spams the chat with useless crap. Today, he even said in full caps, "I JUST COMPLETED THE PARKOUR AND I ONE A MINIGUN!" Then some prestige named Trollebror actually believed him. -.-

    That's a risk but of course the it application must be good and be know for a responsible player, of course I'm not thinking of giving everybody a free trial.
    Well if you don't feel up to the job ok but you're right we need more moderators for WarZ

    Excuse me whilst I go on a bit of a rant here.

    Personally I think that McBraw, and in particular McWar/Z has become a ****-hole. When I first joined 2 years ago people were nice and everyone got along. Now you can be DDoSed for killing someone, banned for having an opinion that someone might not like, 90% of the staff don't even deserve it and if you knew what some of them were like then you would be ashamed that you ever like them.

    Lets take Venom:
    I have no idea why, but during my time as a staff member this person made my life living hell. He would call me "Mrcowdick" to embarrass me in-front of other people. He would invalidate my opinions whenever he could and he shunned me like I was piece of ****. When I tried to ask him something he would reply with a sarcastic answer like "Stupid Cowdick, didn't you know".     What needs to happen is the McBrawl admins and staff need to realise that WarZ is dying. There were two amazing apps from @ehvahn and@bob8is8cool, and they were both denied because of some stupid reasons. McBrawl needs to up its game and sort itself out, because if you haven't noticed all the good people are leaving, and once they're all gone I'm just going to stand here and watch it burn.

    Also, getting mod does not take half of what it did a few months ago. It took me nearly 2 years to get staff, and now all it takes is to act like a thug and hang with putty. There are actually very few staff that in my, and others eyes actually deserve staff.
    This is also further evidence that we are going downhill. Someone that barely knows how to play warz get mod on it just because they talk with Putty.

    For WarZ mods the main focus should be maturity and in-game activity. What's the point in TS? So putty can speak to you? He even said that he barely knows most of the staff so what's the point?

    2/3 of the trial mods that we promoted yesterday I have never even spoke with on Teamspeak or in-game.

    I honestly don't even know anymore.
    They need to be on Teamspeak so they can be up to date on what happens on the servers. If you aren't in Teamspeak I have no idea what your doing, if you're needing help, if you're getting the information that is happening.


    I don't have the time to refute your other points. Most of them just contradict themselves anyway.

    Locked. Again, please PM me any solid points or ways we can actually improve our promotion system.
