    Welcome to the forums, Detern.
    Drama is a thing that I try to avoid a lot of times.
    Anyways, I used to be a former mod like Brawler said, o if you have any questions go ahead (don't be shy!) and PM me.
    @BrawlerAce_ was one of the best moderators there was, so he is a good source to ask too.
    You've already gotten the rules, so I don't need to link you.
    Make sure not to apply for staff until you've been on the forums and teamspeak for a while and have a good amount of activity and posts on the forums!
    And, lastly,
    don't be that idiot who hacks and does illegal stuff.
