Teamspeak now a days is kind of stupid :/
Staff is generally in their own channel teaming or they are ****ting around in the staff channel. In the end, TS has staff disconnected from the players, WarZ teams saying some pretty horrible things to each other, and random people chatting. TS isn't awful however it could be better. I suggest removing all but 2 staff related channeled, private channel and staff channel. I also suggest making the staff channel max out at 8 people (Unless there is a reason it should be expanded, EX: Staff meeting).

Well, I created this thread not knowing that that thread was a thing. But don't advertise if the thread is 30 days old.

    Completely agreed.
I have to compliment @buddycrack here, he is ALWAYS in public channels, while @LuckyPop, @specknav and @Mario are alway in their own channels (never saw them outside, I'm online a few ours daily)

The problem is mods don't have enough commands to moderate public channels. We have to constantly ask higher staff for help. When I go in a public channel 9/10 times I have to ask higher staff for help.

I do agree, mods should spread out. But where would we go? There is hardly anyone in public channels, and when there are, I usually join them to make sure everything is fine. If users start going into public channels more often, I believe mods will, too.
If you present yourself submissively, they (the rule breaker) will take advantage of that.

Generally, all mods are on ONE team speak for one reason, TS isn't very popular if you compare it to the mcbrawl community. So, everyone likes to hang out in ONE group. - Mods, don't always have to ban other people.. They want some fun to! - This is why they don't spread out, cause they talk to one another, due to the low "number of people" on team speak.

Its not that popular because most people, including me, aren't allowed by our parents to talk with strangers.

Honestly, mods can have fun in public channels too. It would be way easier if they all stayed in their server's public channel, and if anyone needed help, they could join the channel.

One if my biggest problems is that mods don't step up when they get staff.
    Especially WarZ.
The only mods I EVER saw being active in public chat was PublicEnemy, munkeywr3nch, and buddy.
And you say that "just PM us and we'll help"
    Haha.
    You're funny.
That isn't true, and you know it.
I've PM'd a majority of the mods in private channels over TeamSpeak because there was someone acting up or I just wanted to get in their channel to talk a little.
I was either not responded to or just said "No." to.
Also, it says that "join our TeamSpeak to chat with our staff," but how do we do that when they never join our channels and talk?
Yeah, with bigger channels you will find a mod there, but then EVERY mod comes and practically ignores everyone else.
It's either that or them talking to some guy like Kcl and leave everyone else out of the conversation, maybe when you're lucky you'll get to talk to them, but I only see it with a certain few mods.
TeamSpeak is supposed to be a place where players can interact with other plays and staff, but at the moment, it isn't really the staff-player interaction.

Here, we are just all having fun playing with each other. This really doesn't happen often, and to be honest, I don't think it matters as long as it isn't extended periods of time. Moderators should still be able to talk with their staff colleagues in a fun way instead of talking about work.

I agree with you, I just posted that for the sake of the example. As long as staff help people when people need help, they be wherever on TeamSpeak in my opinion...

This was a private chat for staff members only.
We don't need to do it in a public channel, it would still be the same thing. "Not spread out".
    This sums it up.
