Idea [ClassSuggestion] Vampire

1.) Its abilities do work together to make a functioning leeching class.
2.) Vampires Mark counter-play.) This simply Pulls you in the direction of the marked player. If the enemy is marked they can easily go behind a wall or make quick turns around corners and the vampire wont be able to catch up using this ability. If the vampire still has the player marked but they are very far away or through multiple walls the vampire can still use this ability to pull itself in certain directions, but the player could continue to move and make it to where if the vampire uses his ability he gets pulled into a crowd of people.
Vampires Ruin counter-play.) Ounce this is activated other players can tell from the invisibility 2 and find the ore block placed on the ground with the cloud particles going off and camp it for the vampire to come back.
Vampire's Leech counter-play.) Any ranged class will greatly put fear in the vampires eyes. With no steak and melee being its only source of regen being hit by an arrow is one of the last things the vampire wants to have happend. Large groups of people squishing on him will easily kill him as-well.
Vampire's Venom Counter-play.) The wither effect doesn't fully cover up the hearts and you can tell how many hearts you have when you look at it.

3.) A single heart of damage over 4 seconds is nothing in a fast passed game like CTF. Having it break the sprinting further lets the vampire leech.
