Hi I applied for Merc and was first in line but you replied to two other people below me. Show some respect for people coming first. It's really irresponsible as a leader. I have had to act like this for the past 2 teams I have applied for because people keep ignoring me. Don't be my 3rd. You should be ashamed of your self.

 

1.) 5ive did not respond to the other two people who posted their applications below you (ningeek212 / Subordinate)
2.) 5ive has the right to ignore / accept / and decline anyone he wants as he is the leader
3.) This attitude is most likely the reason why the other teams are denying you / ignoring you
4.) Please show some respect to the team leader (that goes to any team leader) while on their thread. They have put tons of time and effort into maintaining a healthy and strong team (I would know since I am a team leader)
5.) If you want better chances at being accepted into a team, take my advice

• Lose the attitude
• Start helping new players out
• Become more active on forums and healthy forums discussions
• Start to rebuild your ego as a helpful and nice person
• Hone your skills as a CTF player
• Be respectful and kind to players in any sort of chat (CTF / Minecraft / Skype)

He actually did reply to 2 people yesterday. It's so unfair how people get more attention then others. "Happy welcoming!" ect. I've tried and waited long enough for people to realise that I have changed. @kevshadowslayer your the one that's needs to drop you're ego and arrogance. Thinking your always first in charge of everything. And stop being so spiteful towards me and others. I've tried and helped people enough. I'm sick of all this conflict.

 

Moreover to what Kev said, there are behind the scenes decisions being made by the leaders of the team. Myself being a council member for bk, we had delayed replying to some apps because we either wanted to check them out if we haven't seen them often or having a hard time deciding from the leader(s). I also have waited 3 months before a reply to one of my apps, but I was understanding,. Please be a little more patient with him.
