Assassin is balanced.
Assassin takes skill if you play it skilfully.
Mage has no actual point in the game, except for annoying the opponent.


Also, this game will never be balanced. New reworks - new problems, new problems - new reworks and on and on.

The whole reason Pyro has crappy armor is to make it somewhat easier to deal with balance issues. And Necro is played for fun, Definately not kills.

What's the use in balance fixes if in the end nobody accepts that major changes will have to be made eventually to get closer to balance.

im going to get so much hate for this.

engineer as it is right now seems to be okay along with the current ninja. both reworks were good and the classes are fine how they are. even though engineers can be annoying, i think its fine how it is as long as its not a big group of them.

if the staff is unhappy with a certain map (ship battle for example) and feel that the gameplay is corrupted, they should be able to remove it from rotation with some input of the forums community (though, if people are being stubborn maybe keep it to the representative chat & see what they say) i say this because noobs go 10-0 as dwarf or pyro and +1 it when the map is flawed big time. that or add a decent rework of the map in its place (halo to halo rework for example.)

Mage is a great midfield class. It may be annoying, but it is easy to kill. Assassin barely takes any skill at all.

 

Assassin is ping-based, which is why it is OP. If they have a better ping than you, or if you lag even a little, you're dead.

 

every class is ping based lol. the better ping u have, the greater ur advantage
