Point is, if you get that many kills without the other spells, why would you ever use them? That sentence is self-defeating.

 

Mage is incredibly easy and annoying.

I like how I was going to put this earlier but apparently a lot of people had that in mind.

Before you say anything RH you're wrong and I'm right so lets just not do this. I can get easy kills as mage and it isnt luck.

I dont exactly think he was trying to capture the flag, mate. That specific mage seems like he's doing his job well enough.

Even then no class should justifiably give a 100 kdr or 40+ ks

It's only a 32 killstreak, but I agree nonetheless.

Hell, I'd be OK with mage if it was given a limited stock of damage spell charges that replenish slowly over time, which would force gameplay that WASN'T 'right click until ded'.

Yo, tenshi, can you log on right now? I want to test exactly how much damage a mage's spell does against the free classes specifically.

 

I meant Matts 40+ ks, 30+ isnt something to scoff at either. I'm getting on right now.

 

I think that perhaps damage spell needs just to do less (or no) knock back. That, actually, I do see as annoying and potentially game breaking (as well as often useless if you're playing the class right). But mage otherwise needs no nerf whatsoever.

 

Yeah the damage spell knockback would really help out when they also have the zoning tools of lightning freezing and slowness with fire as well as an infinite healthpool that heals incredibly fast that almost no free class can keep up with!
