Unpopular Opinions

It still has the lightning spell, and fire spell which would slow down their opponents. Not to mention freeze. All of mage's spells are for trying to keep the enemy at a far distance. I think mage could still survive opponents without knockback on their damage spell.

Quite honestly, I don't see the point of Necro/Dwarf/Elf (Don't hate, appreciate!)
I could be wrong, but I think these classes were kinda just 'thrown' in there, and definitely should be worked on.
(Elf is a different story, I know the staff worked hard on it and it's fun to play... but I don't see how it could play a role other than extinguishing flames of a pyro for you and your teammates...)
Of course, there are more urgent classes to attend to first.

 

I also want the ranged low cooldown spell mage class to be unkillable! How difficult is it to use lightning and freeze spell, run a few blocks, press 1 on your keyboard and hold right click until the heavy gets closer again?
For ninja? don't worry, you 2 shot those! Just spin and hope you hit your spells because they're melee!

If you're playing against pro mages, heavy won't do the job. Trust me.

 

Mage just requires aim and backing up (a lot)

 

1). Random killing is incredibly fun.

2). People take this game mode far to serious than they should. Really, this is a minecraft server, not the ****ing UN. I get that most people are very passionate about this, but it get's out of hand sometimes.

3). Moving to brawl has been one of the best choices CTF has done. I don't get randomly kicked, or have sudden FPS drops, and mods don't randomly decide to make massive map changes in the middle of games. People seem to forget that without brawl, CTF would have gone away for good. Be a bit thankful for that.

4). The concept of having mods play a certain amount of time on the servers is great! Some of the mods on MCPVP did't play on the servers for months, or even years, but still had mod, @Coasted for example.

5). I can play the game however I want. You calling me a nub for playing a class just makes me want to play it more.

Mage has a free counter (Archer).

Chemist has a free counter (Archer).

Ninja is for nubz.

Assassin should never be reworked.

Archer is actually useful outside of killwhoring and camping.

 

hackers are a great contribution to the game and makes everything about twenty times more fun, regardless of which team they are on.

the hilarious part is watching all the sweaty kids drenching their gamertowels in chat. never gets old.

also, the spam filter makes chat really interesting. makes raging engineers sound more stupid than they actually are, and c'mon, "cheeky knob" or "lil bellend" are way more interesting than "****ing noob" and "you're ****".

 

@LordCh4os needs a nerf

 

Everyone but me and @Ironic_Gentleman needs a nerf.

 

And only I need a buff XD

 

I'd use things like 'cheeky knob' even without the chat filter.
