I Can't Kill With This Lag.

I will probably never understand how you can rip code directly from one server, put it on another server, and screw it up.
Might've been brawlified? who knows

 

I hate to say it as this seems to be a running issue on the server. more topics about lag won't fix the problem any sooner. You can post a huge number of topics on it but it doesn't change the fact that a coder will work at the speed they choose to work at. So we may have to just suck it up till and slow all the rants on here and on ctf until the coder gets everything in order cause hearing about extreme lag so much has grown rather annoying and makes us look like a joke :l

 

They are lagging you as a nerf to chemist

 

I get really bad ping but I don't lag much so it hasn't bothered me yet.

I cannot agree with this any more. Especially since I'm an EU player, I experience a TON of lag. As my job on CTF that I try to practise a lot for team matches is pyrokilling as ninja in order to let a soldier come through and pick up the flag, and with the fact ninja's sword was recently put down to sharp 4 instead of sharp 6, I experience serious problems in trying to take the opposing team's defence out. First of all, ofc I go for the pyro, I switch to my sword, and crit. It then takes two hits with my sword before it registers with the server, by which time the pyro has noticed me and shoots me down. If I'm lucky enough to kill the pyro then I instantly switch to my invis, and 1 second later I still get hit by a defensive ninja and RIP me.

Now I have been away for most of this last week, so I have little clue what this 'insane lag' is that most people have been experiencing is, but this was before this happened when stuff was seeming 'fine'

honestly fire, i think you need to chill out. some of the things you said here came across as fairly rude. if you're going to adress an issue, do it properly. that means don't assume that the coder doesn't give a "flying ****" and generalize all brawlers as "scrandies."

going back on topic with the lag issue, i haven't experienced lag that is bad. maybe a slight delay every once in awhile but if you complain about that then that's a different story.

 

maybe u could do a crazy thing and just not play until its fixed???? that would stop u complaining
