    it should be able to do that yes. have you not seen the amount of offensive players (mostly soldiers) there are now that ctf is at brawl.

    My view on pyro is simple. Great defending class, I use it. Offensive, just no. DONT PLAY OFFENSIVE PYRO. It's annoying, and gets you labeled as a kill *****. Most CTF regulars don't really... associate with offensive pyros.

    Offensive Pyro can have a use in specific situations for objectives. And if you are playing for objectives, then only the ill-informed will accuse you of something like that.

    I do agree with that. Pyro is useful in some circumstances, for certain objectives. Recovering, taking out soldiers, etc. But people who use pyro offensively just in order to get kills are rather annoying.

    I resorted to offensive, flintspamming pyro after dealing with 15 minutes of flag room turtling/triple dwarf defense on the other team yesterday.

    Please forgive me.

    Nonetheless, pyro is still effective enough for me to tip my cap to those who can successfully evade them and bolt out of the flag room with a banner on their heads.
