    I was under the impression that an enemy elf could still do it even after the bug is fixed. Is CTF now so broken that the reflector not only works on the same team, but doesn't on the enemy team?

    The reflector is being worked on. Most bugs involving them have been relayed to Nom. I haven't played CTF recently because of a sickness so I can't directly tell
