    I'm thinking maybe if you can nerf the fishing rod like this: Make it only work for 5 times before breaking which will only be fixed/restored from respawn or medic restore, but make it only pull a player 2 blocks closer to you instead of 5 blocks closer to you as the 5 block pullback is a bit too much especially on a small map like Blackout, where 5 blocks is a lot because it is such a small map
