To accept all who apply is absurd as hell, many applications are denied because we do not know of these people to a decent extent or the player has had too rough a past to be considered adequate. To be able to integrate into a team well enough we must have a decent understanding of people, and those who we are less familiar with are at a disadvantage.

We have mentioned multiple times that we do have mercs, but we consider only close friends that we would ask ourselves to be added to the chat. This is to purely prevent an overinflated chat of inactive mercenaries that can contribute to endangering the closeness that our team strives to achieve.
