    uhm i'm pretty sure speed I (the same speed chemist has) is faster than speed 0 when jump sprinting tbh imo ngl
    98% sure the speed wasn't altered in any way from default

    Perhaps you're mistaking it with speed II which is slower if you jump sprint

    And yes i'm still waiting for an archer nerf ._.
