But no thread about it on the other hand seems more like everyone wants to hide that something happened. So thank you for clearing at least something up Tom.
Sure, many persons will see a thread about it as damage control, but personally, I like such threads a lot because it gives everyone the ability to know the 'same' things. As for those who'll say it's "damage control": honestly they'd hate on it anyway, no matter what, so honestly **** 'em and post it anyway. Sure, some threads being made purely for damage control and not mainly for clarification (there were quite a few of them on mcpvp during the last few months of its existence) are not useful at all, and everyone who doesn't just hop on the "hate bandwagon" will realise that as well, so I surely hope that there will be a thread or anything in that form which explains this whole situation a little bit better (although you kinda explained the "actions" which were taken already)

Pragmatically looking at the dwindling player population and the loss of long term mods should cause concern.

In most originations, turnover (when people leave) is a sign that there are employer issues. Statistically, most people leave a job because of their relationship with their boss.

Jay you're one of the first people I've met here on this server, we've talked rarely over the years but still knew that we were friends. life isn't fair, and never will be. there will always be that boss that's rude and very judgemental of your work, I have one. Towards mcbrawl I hold no feelings for anymore, I feel like minecraft in itself is losing its spark. the server itself is losing players and may be gaining some too, but when people try to limit your freedom of speech on the Internet because it's making their own look bad, that's just were you laugh and move on.

This is honestly just random thoughts that have come to my head, so they probably don't make sense to some of you in the way they're in order.
