Mcpvp vs Brawl 2.0 (Dont delete this one....)

Unbelievably before writing this post I'm actually going to have to say that I do appreciate what the staff do, because it seems it's now gotten to the stage where there's such a rift between the 2 groups, some don't even believe the playerbase care that brawl did take up ctf after mcpvp died. I do, I fully realise that without brawl ctf wouldn't exist in it's current form today. That doesn't mean however people can't wish (and this is a wish, it isn't going to happen) for old times, because of various reasons. This thread is pretty light hearted, he's not being too serious so don't take it seriously. With that said I am going to take it seriously for this post to respond to a couple people because I think it's important.

It hasn't died because it's basically become a joke at this point. Everyone knows it's not going to happen but that doesn't mean we can't have a cheap laugh at it. There are a number of people prefer wool, namely nostalgia. Now in my case I don't really care about what's used so long as it actually works in the way it was intended. People were annoyed at wool because the coding originally meant it would fly all over the place as I'm sure you can recall. It also meant that people lost their helmet when the flag was being carried. Now I don't know about you but I'm pretty sure that's still around. With this in mind, you have to ask why we're using something which works in an inferior way to something we originally had. The reason is simply because a developer told us so, not because there's another benefit which improves the game for anyone. I don't know whether you expect us to believe something is better for us and the game because a developer/admin/owner etc told us so, but it doesn't. In fact most of the time they know the situation less than us because they're not online as much.

Yeah, quite a lot of those aren't there.

tl;dr It's a repetitive joke for some cheap ratings gain. With that said, because someone said so doesn't mean that it's a good decision.

I'm going to play peacemaker really quick. "Let's all keep in mind that without Brawl, CTF would probably be dead by now, let's be thankful for what we have everyone. Some may think Brawl isn't as good as MCPVP, but at least we can still play CTF guys!" Moral: Count Your Blessings
