Here's what I would do....

Take a step back and look at what you are trying to accomplish.

Identify your weaknesses and work to improve them.

And never give up...cause that's for losers.

Take staffs input's into account highly, if they don't think you're ready, don't apply, ask some staff about maturity, activity, and helpfulness. also if you report hackers, that shows you want to stop rulebreakers and that will increase your chances as well. never give up, I almost gave up when a Jmod said they didn't think I was ready to be sheriff, and look where I am. I recommend getting something like sheriff first, It highly increases your chances.

Well if u work hard for it and u really do believe in it. I don't see why u couldn't reach your goal. Sadly many servers did so they only will accept people that are idk 14+?

 

Spelling does, along with proper syntax, and maturity all of which you need to improve on.

Age is not a requirement for staff. It's all dependent on maturity and trust. It is because of this and this alone that not many young players are given staff. It's simply because you don't find many 8 year olds who are mature enough for the position. That isn't to say it isn't possible. The age requirement is simply a rumor.
