One other thing I'd say is the "play for a max of 1.5 hours" what do you mean by this? Do you mean like 1.5 minimum per day? Some of us have a lot of school and are not able to play at all. For example I have a lot of homework this week so I haven't played at all this week. Just something I'd like to say. Good luck with your team!
