@TwisterPvP I understand everyone deserves a second chance but when he was not banned he terrorized me every second I played. I also heard him saying he wants to kill it. Do you agree with my mute parole?

 

They haven't given me a second chance yet, and with good reason. I haven't shown I've changed.

 

But you have an easier opportunity to show change. You're basing Mingo's lack of change on a single incident. It seems rather bizarre to me. How do you expect him to show he's changed if he's banned?

His ban reason wasn't his mute problem, it was that he was suspected of having tracers. But I don't think having some sort of policy would be a bad idea, just seems a bit unfair to have different rules for different players in my opinion.

 

By not posting threatening, annoying, and/or mean **** in discord?

 

I agree with twister, in the way no concrete proof was ever provided to the public or even Mingo. Becuase there was never evidence proving he used tracers I do believe he should be given one more chance as many other players have recently been given. Let's not forget how much money he has provided for brawl and Wild West, he has bought lifetime elite on his main and was constantly buying monthly elite for some alts. Also we can not assume that joker is this toxic all of the time based off a few discord messages. He was never given proof for his ban, he spent 200+ dollars, and before he was banned, for those of who remember he was in trouble with his mutes he worked very hard to keep his chat/mute to a minimum. Looking at the big picture he does have a reason to be mad, because he was mad shows he did care about the server... He did care about brawl and he does deserve another chance.

So you mean he should be able to do the same thing and flame endlessly? My parole stops him. It will stop him from being toxic. If he is toxic then he's gone for good. No more toxic joker.

Still, no evidence was ever shown or presented that joker used tracers. That was the reasons he was banned. Because of this flaw it was not safe to assume that he was using any type of client. It was unfair to joker and he should be given another chance as others have been given recently.

 

If he wouldn't have gotten perma-banned for tracers he would have gotten perm'd for continuous rule violations.

Also, fyi, Joker openly admitted to using a client. He openly said that he wasn't legit, and even detailed how he abused economy glitches using huzuni.

^This should show that he hasn't changed.

 

Anyone that played at the time Joker played should know that he hacked.
He even openly admitted to cheating, and anyone that played on the Wild West practice server knows that he would constantly hack on there. I have recordings of it.
That being said, I have seen the evidence that was used for his final ban, and it is more than enough to warrant a ban.

last time the staff voted on a player to be unbanned half said yes and half said no and the player was left banned

therefore, only way he'd get unbanned is by appealing and changing, which he hasn't. so leave him banned and quit posting these threads because they're useless

 

@TheTrogs I played a 1v1 with him on the prac server and he killed me eh like 20 times after tanking 50 tg shots to the head. Somehow I killed him 4 times. He definitely hacked on the practice server although I have no evidence.
