The real reason chemist offense sucks rn

    Give me one name that caps every single time they steal. Can't do it? Thought so.
    I'd say my consistency is okay.
    Looking at your stats page, clearly you haven't played chemist as long as I have. Regen is huge. It saves health pots and that one extra hit you can take is sometimes all you need against a ninja or something. Most of the time I'm down to like 2 regen pots before I even touch health and I frequently find myself using health pots to recover the 1.5 hearts from flag poison because I'd rather save my regen.

    I find it to be the weak armor. However, if the armor was stronger it would be the tank it used to be.

    Mana is fine as-is. It's not that chemist is bad, it's that other classes are better in the situations where chemist would be terrible.
