    With some reworked version of instakill pyro wouldn't need extra armour for it should be able to actually deal enough damage to defend itself. The not dealing enough damage is coherent with the need for extra armour.

    I said reworked version of instakill, not the old pyro.

    I wouldn't say the armour is the problem. Even if pyro does get an armour buff, it won't help because pyro will still be spamcritted to death when the fire is out.

    The problem with pyro is that drawing back the bow takes too long and that the fire duration is too short. Enemies (especially buffed enemies) can easily run away then run back at the pyro to spamcrit it to death.

    So if I have to make a single suggestion, I would request fns spam back, so it can create a decent firewall to protect itself when an extinguished enemy wants to spamcrit the pyro.
