    This would be an amazing idea.

    This could even be turned into a CTF event, where each team builds their own custom map, have it play tested for a week on the match server, and if the map gets enough votes, it gets added into a special CTF Map wave. Maps would have to be completed by a specific deadline, and a special set of requirements for each map could be voted upon by a rep for each team, so that each map has specific requirements that must be met to even be considered for addition.
