Maps being tested in PPMs

Hello everyone,

We are now allowing new CTF maps submitted to be tested in PPMs! We don't want to implement this without having some rules and a proper system/protocol, so everything is explained down below.

Rules​

- Only maps that have been submitted on the forums (https://www.brawl.com/forums/279/) can be tested in PPMs.

- The map must be properly configured (Spawn, Flagrooms, Spawn box, etc.).

- The map must be enjoyable to play in a PPM.

- You should request to play your map in a PPM via the new support ticket feature.

• Please ask at least 24 hours in advance. We may not accept a request that was submitted less than 24 hours prior to the event.

How to ask CTF staff members to commit and activate a map?​

We've implemented a new support ticket feature into the CTF Community Discord. This is pretty simple to use and it's going to be helpful for everyone. There is a new channel called support-tickets, here's how to use it:

1) Go into the support-tickets channel, and react to the envelope_with_arrow emoji.

2) It will create a different channel that only you and the Staff Team will have access to. There you can write your map information.
- Please follow this format if you want your map to be committed and/or activated:

• Why you want your map to be committed and/or activated:

3) A CTF staff member will answer you and will commit/activate your map if it's being accepted.

4) When your ticket has been handled, anyone can lock the support ticket by reacting to the lock emoji. You will be asked to confirm if you want it locked, then the ticket will be deleted after 5 seconds.
