CTF Team Update | October 2020

THIS MONTH WE HAVE A VERY EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!
Introducing... Official Capture the Flag Team SEASONS! "As we wind down from the two recent tournaments hosted in the Summer months, The CTF Committee will be introducing its first official season."
Yes, we do listen to your feedback and we are hosting our very first season ever here on CTF. I hope that it runs smoothly and everyone has fun! Some things to note from the thread are...

- Roster lock is introduced on October 12th to prevent skewing of the results.
- Each team will face all but one team in 3 round matches (per usual).
- The matches from the start of the season until December ~18th will decide placings in the playoff stage!
- There will also be a custom Map Pool that teams can choose from to play during their matches.
- Missing 3 matches will disqualify you from the season.

Player/Team Strikes -

• (3) Skarm - Is banned from ALL matches/CTF Teams. Cannot be a part of any roster, no exceptions. Alts included.
• (2) NorthXtreme - Can play in matches.

Non-Strike Restrictions -
On 9/11/2020, chickdee has been restricted for 1 month due to two of their accounts being banned. The restriction bars them from playing any sort of event on the match server. This restriction will last until 10/22/2020 unless the ban is successfully appealed.

On 10/11/2020, BlueGiraf has been restricted for 1 month due to one of their accounts being banned. The restriction bars them from playing any sort of event on the match server. This restriction will last until 11/11/2020.
