Actual help for /help

I remember using /help on April 1st and thinking it was pretty funny how there was just one page with no information given like it was just apart of April fools. I guess it wasn't a prank? lol

Unless I'm mistaken, the /help command still doesn't provide any information about CTF and how to navigate it. I don't expect /help to be a massive wiki, but at least to provide general information. I understand developers are very busy and this is very small issue, but I think it could be a meaningful QOL upgrade that specifically assists newer players.

Personally, I'd like to see a 'help booklet' added into the hotbar for each player under a time played threshold so that it's easily accessible instead of hidden under a /help command. Maybe there could even be a reward (credits, tag, or a spray) for reading the booklet idk.

Other Thoughts:

1. A lot of the discussion points I brought up are closely related to those mentioned in a thread from 2016.
   
2. Looking through the CTF update history the 2018 CTF Summer Update post mentioned that the MCPVP help book was added back into the game. So at least 3 years ago /help was functioning I assume.
3. The 2019 CTF Summer Tweaks Update also mentioned the addition of the help book into the hotbar if there's space which still functions today.

So it seems like /help was working as intended back in 2018. So what's happened since then? Is this just a bug or am I being bamboozled? Either way if a new /help needs to be written I'd be willing to help write it.
