Resignation You already know

Hey u’all

Shocker, i know. Actually, it’s not really a shocker...when’s the last time you saw me ingame regularly (apart from a rare occurrence)? Maybe a month or two or three or so ago? Exactly.


So, I’ve been in college for four months (i cant believe im done with the 1st semester now...) and my new schedule/life (as i predicted) just does not have any space for the best game and the best staff team in the world… ):

Fr tho both assertions are 100% true (for me at least).
-- MC is MC...game dynamics and versatility in multiplayer (with competitive pvp, build creativity, and a toxic great community with so many friends).
-- Brawl staff team, run by the majestic chicken putty, is really incredible, especially for being primarily run by a group of volunteers who are so dedicated and hardworking bc we all actually love the work - aka anything that helps make our game, Brawl, and everyone's shared experience better.


A week after getting promoted @SquishyRyu asked me if I still liked my job, and I thought about it and from there on out (since I got promoted) I noticed a problem...working on a game holds no value compared to my actual school work and studying (I largely scrapped irl social life for MC, sad, ik.) So it has been tough, but I still continued on with ~45hrs in-game per month on Brawl (add on another ~30hrs per month for the time spent on hacker reports,video editing,uploading,discussion,etc). In all the time I played I would always ask myself what could have I done with those hours... [1.to study more, 2.do my homework, 3.sleep more, 4.practice irl sports, 5.socialize irl, 6.learn how to code, 7.learn a new language, etc]. I could have become an expert in anything, but ofc I chose to be an expert in minecraft pvp/ctf/brawl moderation ;D

On top of that, basically ever since a few months after becoming Mod I haven't been able to enjoy myself and the game and community that I've always loved as much as I used to. This is because of the constant stream of hackers, not just the occasional blatant ones on CTF, but the billions on Kitbrawl including way too many ghost clienters. There’s always someone to check/catch... always work to be done.

So with the start of summer I was officially scheming my resignation and wanted to do so as soon as possible, perhaps needing to wait until just a few weeks or so into summer is all. Summer flew by and I had so much that i was doing and that I wanted to do, whether dealing with hackers, video recordings, Defiance applications/matches, wanting to make a ctf map, family things, and mainly college related things (orientation, summer reading - which I still havent finished, meal plan, housing, roommate, health records, financial stuff, etc). I wanted to resign before I went to college but the last two weeks before I left were so extremely busy for me that I spent an all nighter packing my bags on the morning that I left. I knew I wouldnt have time to deal with a resignation at college, so here I am two months or so later spending 2hrs writing up a preliminary version of this @2am bc im a rebel running on adrenaline before i pass out for class in the morning. I finally submitted this after waiting nearly three months since i wrote it...mainly cuz ive been busy irl (college) and ive been slowly finishing chores and packing up, readying myself for the right time when i can put in the time and effort to actually submit and say ‘adieu.’

Oh and ghost clienters/closet cheaters, acting like ur legit when u know u arent, fess up or you will be going to hell (@Gehenna_Beam can confirm for u) And there’s a difference b/w fessing and getting caught, even though both require so much redemption. Shame. If u keep it hidden let u be weak inside forever. /shrug

get called out. staff take so much time and effort to find ur cheats, u get banned, yet here u r trying convince everyone uve been 100% legit all along. bish no. live up to ur mistakes and learn from them. (getting exposed for a fake irl pic by b0s shouldve been enough of a lesson to be legit and truthful)

Also as much as u dont deserve ur own tag...Evan got rekt live in a gapple 1v1 against me while on Z_Hobo (i won by .5 hearts but still) while using his good ol aimassist/autoclicker/etc hacks on an alt pre ban wipe - if i can, will upload eventually - lmao there was nothing better than his dumbstruck reaction. goml or at least the level of the basic scrub that u really are /shrug

But take this rec of him in a rematch against me (TLDW: lowkey convinced ‘Z_Hobo’ hacked, he starts with blatant hacks (reach is most noticeable), turns them down, and then quits after 1 fight, gg L)

this isnt even the actual evidence on u. u can try to improve ur game all u want, but gl changing the recorded actions that have and will keep u banned.

oh yea @ROFLBOY i was the one that banned u that one time long ago, dont autoclick m8 (and idk if u were trying out aimassist, but it lowkey looked like it), and tbh it was kinda sad that u tried acting like it was a false ban, but ofc ur still my bro
and shoutout to homies @Versions, @Spades_, and @ACE_BLUE2 for at least coming out with the truth after they got caught...it takes a lot of guts and goodwill to do that

And for anyone apparently legit but love to headsnap derp, theres a chance u will get banned like trenny (not just by brawlbot too), so try not to do it, esp if its for the hek of it mid fight as u try to act like a hacker
...essentially, if u act very well, u can BECOME a hacker, so dont try it at home kids, ever, unless u have 5 siblings IRL taping ur every movement with a hand cam, face cam, and d*** cam, and just before or after, u fight and get screenshared by me [: but enforced ss’s r not allowed, so its impossible to 99.99999 prove urself, gg. thank ur common regular ghost client closet cheating hackers for this dilemma

@Trenny @Evan19119 for the vid examples on u that i showed above...this Incredibles clip is literally EXACTLY how i feel. it's sad and few mistakes r inevitable (right @Removers and @gewkawdah?), but it's what we have to do in this day and age of mc, esp if we're not going to rely the majority of our efforts -or any at all- on screensharing. Whether you think our judgement is right or not, I at least hope you understand.
