    So HG shut down yesterday...I have no words, I don't think I really need to say anything to it.
    It was a blast. From the day that I came back early 2016, I've had fun, despite falling player counts.
    I've done so much, been able to spend hours of time...
    It seems to have been for nothing. I hope the higher-ups can get this sorted ASAP, because...well...HG is the best.
    RIP HG, you will be missed and remembered for ages untold <3

    You cared more about Brawl than any other player on the whole network, really. All I saw were you trying to get changes to happen and although it got annoying having to tell you that I can't change stuff and that I'm doing everything I can for updates, ultimately it doesn't matter. Its been great with you here, supporting me and the gamemode which just seems to have been forgotten by most people at this point. I'm really sorry that HG did not get revived, which is something I promised to you that I'd try to do. Not sure where you'll head off to, but I hope this isn't a goodbye.

    I got pretty mad sometimes, I got really angry once or twice, but overall, you were trying to do the right thing, which you did.
    Please get me a special forums medal and a tag in the explanation thread for why HG has been closed <3

    I believe that when one door closes another opens; HG may come back in better form. Or, maybe this is a signal that MC is dying. Who knows. I encourage everyone to pick up Skyrim, Madden, FIFA, 2K, Gears of War, or whatever you like if you really miss HG. There's so much fun stuff to do with video games, or just throw a football with friends. Regardless, we appreciate the impact you've had on the community. But this is by no means over.
