    Class Concept -- Reaper (Premium)

    Class Role

    This class is recovery or offence.

    Starting Items

    - Iron Sword (renamed -- Reaper Staff)
    -x3 Streak
    - Eye of Ender (renamed -- Dark Vision)
    - Tall Grass (renamed -- Dark Marsh)
    - Redstone torch (renamed -- Mist Disappearance)
    - Wither Skull (renamed -- Night Strike)

    - Leather Helmet (Black & unbreaking III)
    - Iron Chestplate (Unbreaking I)
    - Leather Leggings (Black & unbreaking III)
    - Iron Boots (Unbreaking I)

    Explanations

    Passive Abilities

    Always has night vision and speed I.

    Active Abilities

    - The Reaper Staff gives the wither effect for 5 seconds every hit (Only black hearts not damage), the time doesn't add up.

    - Dark Vision is simple, by right clicking the Staff gets an enchanted look which will only last two hits and will give the full wither effect for 5 seconds. This ability has 14 seconds cooldown.

    - Dark Marsh when right clicked it will spawns a 9x9 area of dark black and green particles (very dense if possible), any enemy who walks into it will get: slowness II for 3 seconds, wither effect for 3 seconds and blindness III for 5 seconds but if they stay in the marsh for over 3 seconds they will get poison II for 2 seconds. All allies will get speed II for 5 seconds. The marsh stays there for 10 seconds before disappearing. Cooldown is 25 seconds. This won't spawn: near flag rooms, spawn area. (5 blocks)


    - The Wall Phaser is simple, when sprinting the torch will light up and when right clicking it aiming for a wall it will Faze the player through the wall to the other side. The wall must be 1-8 blocks wide or it won't phase you through. There is a cool down of 1.5 seconds. If you have below 7 hearts you cannot Wall Phase. You can use it in enemy flag room but can't use it if carrying the flag.

    - Night Strike, when right clicked fires wither skulls that does the following: When enemy is hit he/she gets blindness II for 2 seconds, wither effect (only black hearts) and 3 hearts of true damage. The wither skulls go in a straight line and in the impact radius of 2x2x2 blindness I for 2 seconds ,wither effect (only black hearts) and 2.5 hearts of true damage. Range is 50+ blocks. This weapon can be used 2 times consecutively before a 15 seconds reload (0.50 seconds in-between every consecutive shot). It will be shown in the xp bar, when one shot is fired 1/2 of the bar will deplete. If you fire one shot and don't fire the second it will reload in 5 seconds.

    Whats good about the class? Good points bad points, I need feed back. I thought about and wrote this class for over 2hrs it isn't perfect. I NEED TO HAVE SOME FEEDBACK! Not just 'Its good +1'...

    I think this class is too advanced to be a free class tbh. They need to be simple. I'm not hating, this would actually be cool, but it's just too advanced.

    This should be a free class because CTF kinda doesn't have a free recovery class.

    I would say: release! Premium or not, i want it!
    It sounds very good to me.
    But maybe nerf it a bit.
    And add speed effect, you will need that to recover.

    I don't know what part could be nerfed, i think if brawl like this class they just should test it. Like an vip only CTF with this class.

    I think that this class is great, but needs to have changes in certain aspects of it's kit.

    Firstly, the passive speed and night vision seem ok as well as The Reaper Staff active.

    I think that with Dark Vision it should only give the wither effect for 5 seconds, but only has a 10 second cool down. I think this since it seems to be the Reapers main upfront melee skill, so it should not do as much but be able to be used more often.

    Now to Dark Marsh, I think that the idea of placing podzol could cause many problems and would look very odd. So I think that only particles should be involved. It also seems like this would be a bit overpowered in easily winning a team fight or 1v1, so I think that there should be a bit of counter-play. Such as when the Reaper uses the skill it spawns a giant black circle of particles around them in a 9x9 area that the enemy can escape for maybe 1.5 seconds. If they don't escape it will apply slightly nerfed effects and the circle will disappear leaving smoke that will dim away quickly. Any other people that walk in the spot where the circle was once it is gone will not get an effect. Other Reapers (team members) should not be allowed to use their Dark Marsh on the same people for 10 seconds. The slightly nerfed effects I was talking about should be only poison I, blindness II for 3 seconds and speed I for 5 seconds. Because I think it's a bit absurd being beaten with a sword while you are poisoned, withered, slowed and blinded all at the same time(by many people and they are strafing all your hits because they have speed II).

    Not much to say about The Wall Phaser other than I think the block length should be changed to 1-7 blocks, and a cool down of 5 seconds. This is because there shouldn't be someone being able to continually look diagonally at a wall and use it to travel faster than a Ninja and so that you can't run away from every person you see. Also many map creators have gaps in walls and don't tend to fill their walls in, I could see this being a big problem and exploit.

    Honestly Night Strike seems fine just the way it is.

    Hopefully I was able to think of some good improvements that could help better balance this class idea.

    -Ok I agree with what you are saying with the Dark Vision!
    -Now the actual concept was it to look like a marsh but seeing the reasons given I will change it. I don't like the idea of the possibility of escaping as IRL (novels, plays, movies, comics) nobody finds their way out of a Marsh! I will nerf the effects.
    -How can can someone exploit it? It says they can't use it if they have the flag....

    They can't exploit it in that aspect; it's more of just that,
    - Reapers shouldn't be able to go into areas that no one else can go into
    - Reapers using this can literally get themselves out of any sticky situation you can think of.
    - On certain maps, they can use these areas as forms of travel (on some maps even to the flag).
    It's nothing game breaking, I just don't think the devs, staff, etc would want people in these places.
