Resignation I love Miskey. Also, necro rework when?

Yep, it has time for me to resign. Maybe forever, I don't know yet, we'll see. (Inb4 @MoistMayonnaise 2.0). I very much enjoyed my time on the staff team. Lot's of lessons learned, lot's of friends made. There's nothing bad or mischievous that's made me want to resign. It's just recently as I'm working and at school, and finding more things I enjoy doing, and as my enjoyment of CTF has gone down, I just want to spend my time freely without feeling guilty because "I'm not putting enough time towards CTF". I'll still be around and I'll still help out when I can, but as for right now, I feel like resigning is best for me.

I joined the staff team more than 1 and a half years ago (November 2017), when the ctf staff team didn't have an efficient coder. It took some time for me to get adjusted to the whole staff thing, how to use commands, when to punish, etc. Eventually I got the hang of it (generally), and enjoyed being staff. Nothing much was being discussed in terms of updates or anything (and I'll get to that later), but it was fun. Some people resigned, some people got demoted, we banned regulars, huge controversial things happened, and so much more. After months of being on the staff team, with nothing much really being discussed about for CTF, even when we had a coder, and the whole #KillTheCommittee threads going around, I almost resigned then due to not much productivity and so much negativity. However, @SoCool21 motivated me to find a solution, and so I made the CTF Ideas Council, which helps organize CTF ideas, and motivates the staff team to have weekly meetings to discuss CTF ideas. This little council proved really efficient (and is the whole reason why we have had any updates at all). I know the rest of the CTF staff team will continue making relatively good choices, though sometimes we have made bad ones ngl, and continue making CTF a better gamemode.
