Resignation Sorry guys

Spoiler: Introduction

Hey guys. So I've been thinking about this long and hard and I've realized it's my time to go. I've seen friends come and go. People I thought were friends turn out to be enemies and people that were supposed to be enemies turn out to be friends. It's a late resignation and I'm sorry for that. I don't feel like talking about my personal life that much, since it's kind of a long story, so I'll just stay away from that for the most part. I love brawl. It's a wonderful community and I've met such wonderful people here. They're always there for me when I'm down and I can always count on knowing someone when I hop on the server. A lot of people have become the closest friends I've ever had in my lifetime. Sadly though, it's time for me to go. I'll make it easy and put everything in spoilers. You can choose what to read and not to read.

Spoiler: Why I'm going

I'm 19 and I've poured my heart and soul into brawl for far too long now. I don't know how Putty did it tbh. All that drama, all that pain, he must have a body of steel to take all those beatings. Same goes for Yin. Those two have legit been here since the beginning and I know it doesn't seem like a lot coming from another staff member, but it's a lot of hard work. It's like being in an abusive relationship. You fall in love, get sucked in, and then everyone else just beats on you. It's kind of crappy. sorry for the language. However, that staff team, the other people involved, keep you going. You meet so many wonderful people that the bad just kind of gets outshone. I love each and every one of you, so this will be hard to say, but I don't really fit in here. I'm not a very resolute person like warz, war, raid, or ww players. I don't have that cunning memeness of ctfers, and I'm a terrible builder. xD Sorry build people. I was just always a party mod. I don't regret that. I loved party with every fiber of my being and I want to see it become the best of the best. However, there are other people who are apparently better suited for that. That's fine, I'm not mad. If anything, I'm so glad for that. If it means party becomes amazing, I'm ok with a whole new recode into anything. xD It's just that when you get into the staff team, you kind of fit into a clique and I didn't really have one of those. I was just that party mod that talked in all the wrong channels, made a lot of stupid jokes that no one laughed at lol, and annoyed the devs and higher ups a lot (oops. xD sorry Nom and mario especially). That's why I'm moving on. I still love you all and it hurts to make this, but it was hurting to stay in my current position.

Spoiler: What's next for me?

I'll keep working on party. I always will. I'll have less of an ability to do anything, but I was never great at catching hackers anyway, so I'll help by keeping people informed. Not being staff allows for more transparency and I'm thinking I'll love that. Maybe I'll write a party story for you guys. I'll play party more often cuz I'll be spending less time in poof watching KOTH minigames for no knockback hackers or on raid catching speed hackers (for real, there's tons of them...) I love talking to people, so not being staff will give me that freedom to really talk to people like what I wanted all along. I'll find a group to fit into. I'll be "the people's champion and the champion of the people." ~ @randomcitizen1

@yinscape: You already know, Yin... Oh god I can't even begin with you or Kyle. I'm not going to attempt to fit a year's worth of memories into a stupid tag. You already know everything about me. I can't wait to meet you and too bad, you're stuck with me like glue. xD
@Piky: same tbh... It isn't like us three don't talk every night anyway. Oh, here's one. GO TO BED EARLIER!! xD I worry about you. :'( You're like my little brother, Kyle. I only want the best for you and when I meet you I'm sure we're gonna have the best time. Even if all we do is play league on your crappy internet, causing us both to lag out and Yin to scream at us. xD Oh yea, and doughnuts. Magical ones of course. xD Stay you Kyle.
@RyGuy: Best friend. Best staff member to work alongside. Best savior. You've stopped me from killing myself so often it isn't even funny anymore. You're like my heart monitor. You always know when something's wrong and there you go doing everything you can to make me feel better. I wish I could've been that good of a friend. Sorry you're asleep right now so you won't see this until tomorrow. I'm sorry you couldn't save me from resigning, but it's for the better. you just don't see it now... so sorry.
@GetShadowRealmed: my friend from the beginning, the person who was first shipped with me. We spent almost every day together when we first started out and man we've seen some **** on the staff team's side. xD I always thought you'd do great things and I remember talking with cuddled about why you didn't get mod the same month I did. I think that separation caused us to drift apart and I am so sorry about that. Please forgive me. I let go of you when you were one of my best friends since forever. You and 0racle are the last ones from our "era" xD do me proud and be that amazing staff member I know you are. Everyone else sees it too you little ban monkey you. <3
@Sn4x5: where to begin... I don't even know to be honest. I always assumed we'd be promoted together. You, snail, and I making brawl the best it can be. I know recent events must hurt you as much as it hurt me, so I'm sorry. Keep at it though. You were always stronger at that then me. Who else could handle multiple dosings and still have time to laugh about it? So ends my chain of best friends on brawl. If I could meet every single one of you irl, I would. No hesitation.
@Snail_5_: get smod already please. you deserve it. You're always around, they love you. you care so much. There isn't more to be said. We've been through a lot. Both of us got hacked and tbh I think that brought us closer together. I loved talking with you. Thanks man.

@NomNuggetNom: psh. Who even needs this scrub? Jk jk. You're a great coder and a great friend, even if you were sometimes harsh to me.
@Lord_Roke: I know I know. Report lost appeals on the forums and then select for thread moderation. xD I finally learned it and it only took you telling me like 7 times. lmao. I'll still be your little forums ninja. I'll just be hiding a lot more now. And whatever people say about you, they don't know everything you do for them, so you should be proud. I know I am.
@TheTrogs: Hi troggo. you already knew. Sorry I told you early. I didn't think you'd be up and I pm'ed everyone on the staff team who I needed to say something to. I was serious about your pm. You're going to do amazing things. you're so caring. thanks for being a good friend.
@0racle: Hey m8. Good to see you again. I'm so glad we got accepted into staff at the same time. It's going to be an amazing journey for you and I'm expecting great things from raid. Especially with you leading the charge.
@randomcitizen1: Idk why you're so far down on this list. You deserve to be higher up, so sorry. you love books. So do I. We started out on just that. Just a simple interest shared between us. It grew into so much more. We became closer and closer every day and I'm glad we did. Randompaw to the end, am I right?
@Totom3: Thanks for putting up with my requests and for being a wonderful coder. Best one imo. I won't forget all the help you gave me over the months of knowing you. It means so much more than you could know.
@Mario: Party is in good hands. No matter how much nom teases you, to Ryan and I, you were like a beacon of light in the dark. No one likes a dark party either, so when you came along you really shed some light on us. Thank you for that. Now keep going and make us proud! ^-^
@charlottethegirl: you aren't a prick. someone once said you were. I disagree completely. you're the kindest person I know.

We played completely different gamemodes, so that was to be expected, but man your posts were funny as heck and whenever I needed to be cheered up late at night I would go back through my profile posts and laugh at some of the silly things there. xD I'm sorry for forgetting to say more the last time. I was stressed.

@Dankmastr_Memesn: you were never afraid to speak your mind and you have no idea how much respect that earned you from me. I wished I could've done that, but I know why you didn't get staff and it's because of that amazing quality. I'd still like for you to keep trying for it though. You got this.
