Honestly Ritzy, these past few years are some I will never forget. We've had our ups and our downs, our petty arguments over bans and some pretty chill jamming sessions but in the end I just want to say I feel like it wouldn't have quite been the same without you man. It's been a good run, hope everything goes well for you!

First thing I am going to say before writing this is thank you for everything, I have enjoyed moderating for 2+ years here and everything bad I say should be taken as constructive criticism, I have gone to higher ups about it in the past so don’t try and say it’s out of the blue.

Problems with Brawl:

No WarZ & WildWest SMOD – You seriously need to lose some pride in giving the rank out, your server is going to die before your eyes and you should seriously promote someone to run the main servers to give them both structure and a voice which will drastically improve things.

Get a new staff manager and demote Cuddled already. She was amazing at her job but is never coming back like seriously. The staff structure is broken at the minute and we haven’t had a meeting in over a year and in all honesty it's a mess as people need someone to look up to.

Things like WarZ 2.0 need to stop being talked about and hyped up because its just going to be War 2.0 (v2) where people are waiting forever but by then Brawl will be long gone.

PAY FOR ADVERTISEMENTS ALREADY! You’re literally sitting on a goldmine with Brawl and I wish I had the chance you guys have at the top because I’d make serious bank off the server. We're literally running off free advertisements from voting for the server at the minute.

Even though these things need correcting it’s not why I’m resigning, I just don’t enjoy it anymore and I’ve only stayed here for the rank and perks. I'm a volunteer and this feels like a chore so whats the point?

My story for people interested lmao:

Started here on Feb 14th 2014 with my little brother and became hooked to Survival PvP and then created my team SuB and slowly but surely ran the 1.7 map towards the end taking out big teams and becoming a huge player. Within this time @Halo_ and I began to play warz from mid-2014 and I began to get good at that and as survival got boring for me I moved to that. I quickly joined big teams back in the day and became averagely good by the start of 2015 which was when I began going for JMOD for it as I saw the potential. I finally got JMOD by mid-2015 and seriously enjoyed the game and helping what was a huge community back then. After Poaches and Mario left me and cloudy were promoted to MOD in December 2015 which was a huge boost to me. However by mid-2016 the game had become overplayed and was no longer enjoyed so player counts dropped drastically and servers were lost in the process.

At the end of July and into August 2016 I played with AxXxA who was AppleSoftwareZ without me knowing. When I was told it was reported to an Admin who came back telling me that there was no link but by the end of that week I’d had enough so went to Mario who instantly banned him from my report. A week later a video goes out from AppleSoftwareZ playing with me, and even though I got him banned I get a ride-along from my own rule and get demoted from it. I then didn’t touch the game for 5 months as I was barely interested in it after my demotion anyway, I was talked back into alting with @Yorei but the alt I bought a rank on got taken from me after 2 days (It was stacked .-.), so I got the rank moved to my main account Ritzy. I then played for the month and I actually enjoyed it again so I dropped a montage with Striker and re-applied for JMOD and got accepted after 2days of the application being up. I soon got MOD again and played for a few months hosting events with other staff members and tried to get SMOD to give me more power over WarZ and reviving the server.

After a few more months passed with no notice or even talks about a new potential WarZ SMOD I gave up and went to the 2 highest powers of Brawl to raise the topic and bring attention to WarZ. I was given a poor excuse for it but continued to try and get it. Shortly after this the raid reset had happened for Map 3, I attempted to play it not expecting anything recreating SuB with @Tuumai and @Jeenss and honestly don’t know how but became addicted to it again and stopped playing warz. We became the top dogs yet again and I seriously enjoyed it. However I now no longer enjoy that and can’t stand WarZ anymore so I basically have nothing to do on Minecraft at all which is why this is here.

Honestly sat here and can’t be bothered to write everyone paragraphs for tags but you know who you are and I love you all if you aint there. Thank you for everyone I have ever spoken to in the community.

@chickenputty - Even though this may seem negative thank you for being a nice character to work for. I honestly wish for the best for Brawl and you personally.

@MrDasky – Keep doing what you do, you came out of your build/creative shadow and have put in some serious work. Thank you for understanding me and I have some serious respect for you. Message me if you ever need anything.

@JAYGT – Keep my server going would ya . Nah but seriously best of luck with getting SMOD bro and you remind me of myself.

@SoCool21 – You the realist. Thanks for telling me when I’m wrong and sticking up for me when I’m right.

@SuB Members – Thank you all for bringing my team back and I wish you all the best of luck, I’ll still check in on the discord from here and there so don’t get missing me yet

And thanks for always saying what's on your mind no matter the consequence. It's not always easy to do this especially if you're one of those staff members who are represented Brawl a lot (which you were), but you never backed down when you thought something wasn't right. It's an admirable trait not many people can say they possess.
